Winners don’t do different things, they do things differently.

This is a famous quote about leadership. It says that great leaders are those who has done something different, they always find a new way of doing things. Successful persons always have optimistic perception towards everything; they find new ways of doing the work. People who can find a new way of doing things are the successful persons in this world. These words are of famous motivational author shiv khera in his book “you can win”. He has been recognized as a” louis marchesi” fellow by the round table foundation. He says that winners or the successful persons in the world haven’t done anything impossible they have just done the possible thing impossibly. Doing thing differently is the most unique characteristics of successful persons. So we must all find out a new way of already existing processes. Winners don’t winners overnight, they work hard for it , they really strive for it, likewise we should also go to any extent to get the work done. More work,more dedication ,more patience ,separates leaders from losers.
